OMG~What is with the craze for fidget spinners? My kids are OBSESSED with these things! They are EVERYWHERE!

I couldn't take it anymore, and made them pouches to keep these silly things in...then, I realized, they're not all the same size~LOL! So, we have to 2 sizes/styles of pouch ;)

I got this STUNNING yarn in the mail from Red Heart last week, and just had to get right to work designing something with it! Of course, I'm back to dreaming of long, sunny days at the beach, fun browsing at the Farmer's Market, or road trips with my project bag, so what else would I design?
This is the new Red Heart Super Saver Ombre yarn, in Baja Blue~I absolutely LOVE it! The color changes are long and gradual, and they make a beautiful finished piece, no matter the stitch pattern you use...

Color Pool Messenger Bag FREE Crochet Pattern

I finally made something for ME! After I wrestle it back from my daughter, it's all mine~lol
After all the color pooling posts went viral, and I discovered that it just wasn't in me to actually PLAN a color pool with the moss stitch method, I started playing with my Neon Stripes yarn from Red Heart...It worked! I got an amazing pattern!
Now...what to do with it? Kind of wide for a scarf...not wide enough for an afghan...Hmmm~I know! I can make myself a bag! And that's just what I did :)

And for my next trick...lol...My second project with the Red Heart Neon Stripes yarn was this awesome Fun Bubbles Bag, created for one of my kids for Trick-Or-Treating this year! I say "one of", because I have 2 more to make...this is one of our yearly Halloween traditions~Mama makes new trick-or-treat bags for everyone :)
I LOVE how the color pools in this larger project! It's bright and rainbow-y (that's a word, right?) And the kids love it, too~Lots of room for candy!

Beautiful Bubbles Wreath~Free Crochet Pattern

This bubble wreath was my first project with the Red Heart Yarns new Neon Stripes Super Saver yarn, and OMG~I love these colors! So bright and beautiful, and the black is the PERFECT accent to really make it POP!!

On a smaller project, the Neon Stripes are almost self-striping, which makes it SO much fun!

I love, love LOVE this bow! I cannot tie a pretty bow to save my life! Crochet skills to the rescue!
I happened to use Red Heart Yarns new Tweed Twist yarn for this bow...isn't it gorgeous?? I love the colors, and the yarn is so easy to work with! It feels nice, too :) I can see this brightly colored yarn being used in a LOT of future projects! Thank you Red Heart for yet another new favorite yarn for me!

Not long ago, Red Heart sent me a free sample of Scrubby Yarn, and Scrubby Sparkle Yarn to check out. I have got to say~I REALLY enjoy this yarn! I discovered that, while it is tough enough to scrub your dishes, it is also soft enough to exfoliate your skin! And, it is fun to work with~lol

I got the BEST surprise package in the mail from Red Heart yarns recently! Inside were 2 skeins of super soft Baby Hugs yarn (1 medium weight, and 1 light weight!), and this neat wooden teether ring!
I don't have any littles teething here anymore, but I couldn't wait to play with an idea for it!
