You can fill your sacks any way you like, for example, with rice or dried beans, but you'll want to use caution when getting them wet. Moisture could cause these items to mold (eww!) Or, you can use regular stuffing, but that won't give you the heft you need.

Instructions: To create the neon effect, you will work from the darkest colorway to the lightest, and then reverse the order from lightest to darkest.
