My Baby Uggs pattern~otherwise known as pattern #3~is complete...I think! It has been sent off, so as soon as I hear back from my "critic", and make any changes that may be needed, I will be ready to publish! I'm hoping either later today or tomorrow to get it on here. Either I'm getting better at this, or it's just getting easier with practice...
I have an idea for my next pattern, but it's a bit more complicated than the rest of them have been, so I'm sure it will take longer to work out the details on THAT one. But, I think I need to do something a bit more challenging. As if fitting crochet design into my busy schedule isn't challenging enough!
I still have a bag of walnuts to "de-skin", as my daughters put it...and more to go gather. Think I'll wait til it's done raining to do that... The girls like helping me gather the nuts, and any other "delicacies" we find growing in the yard. The blackberries got dangerous earlier this year~VERY sharp thorns! Mama found out the hard way! We are still waiting for the persimmons to be ready. That's a new one for all of us, and we are eager to try them!
