Eyes: (Make 1 or 2 for each “Head”)
With Gray, ch 2. Work 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Join. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Place 1 small white button in the center of the “eye”. Using Black or Brown thread, and a sewing needle, stitch button firmly in place.
Using a yarn needle, sew eyes to centers of each “head”.
Use a yarn needle and thinner weight Black yarn (or thread) to sew smiles, hair or eyebrows to face. Add short pieces of yarn to the tops of heads, if desired, for hair.
