October is Cancer Awareness Month, and this year, Trifles N Treasures is taking part in My Sweet Potato 3's Cancer Challenge 2015!
My Dad recently fought, and WON his battle with cancer, Thank God! So, I am joining this cause in celebration!
I received some special yarn, from Red Heart, to design my special hat pattern, which I am posting here for everyone, in hopes that you will join us. My review of the yarn is here as well :)

How does the challenge work? I snagged this from My Sweet Potato 3...
It's pretty simple. Basically I am asking all of you to help make hats for cancer patients.
The hats can be made for someone you know, someone your friends know, a co-worker, teacher, neighbor, or you can simply make hats and donate them to your local cancer center.

Many of you know that I have been loving my "Mad Scientist" experiments lately...
I recently received a bottle of Nura Rosehip Seed Oil, to try out, and I have to say~I really like it! It's 100% organic, and has virtually no smell to it. You can use it on your skin, right out of the bottle, which is really nice. It absorbs fairly quickly, leaving your skin soft, but not greasy feeling.
You can also take it to the next level, like I did, and incorporate it in to a nice face/body cream!
