October is Cancer Awareness Month, and this year, Trifles N Treasures is taking part in My Sweet Potato 3's Cancer Challenge 2015!
My Dad recently fought, and WON his battle with cancer, Thank God! So, I am joining this cause in celebration! I received some special yarn, from Red Heart, to design my special hat pattern, which I am posting here for everyone, in hopes that you will join us. My review of the yarn is here as well :) |
How does the challenge work? I snagged this from My Sweet Potato 3...
It's pretty simple. Basically I am asking all of you to help make hats for cancer patients.
The hats can be made for someone you know, someone your friends know, a co-worker, teacher, neighbor, or you can simply make hats and donate them to your local cancer center.
